Is it possible to return, exchange or cancel about product delivering?

Returns, exchanges and cancels are possible before delivering product (Delivery preparation Step). Regarding the product delivering, take action after the buyer receives the goods.

How to check retransfer or disposal history?

1.     Go to the tool page by clicking "Logistics hub" at the top of the homepage.

2.     On the Items tab, go to the 'Inventory'-> 'Retransfer / Disposal' page.

3.     On this page, you can view the history of retransfer / disposal processing.

How to de retransfer or disposal process?

1.     Go to the tool page by clicking "Logistics hub" at the top of the homepage.

2.     On the Items tab, go to the 'Inventory'-> 'Retransfer / Disposal' page.

3.     On this page, you can process Retransfer or Disposal at customer's request.

In addition, it’s possible to enter the currently requested tasks, quantities and process.

How to do return or exchange process?

1.     Go to the tool page by clicking "Logistics hub" at the top of the homepage.

2.     On the Items tab, go to the 'Inventory'-> 'Return / Exchange' page and click '+ Return / Exchange Request'.

3.     You can request a Return / Exchange by selecting the item through the delivery history.

You can check the Return / Exchange history in this tab and check the status of the returned / exchanged product.
