How to check the status of the logistics
sent by the user?
1.
Go to the tool page by clicking
"Logistics hub" at the top of the homepage.

On the Items tab, go to the 'Logistics'->
'Logistics status' page.

You can check the movement of
logistics sent to the warehouse by the customer.
4.
When the logistics arrive at
the warehouse, click 'Arrival confirm' to share the information with the
customer.
5.
If there is a damaged or
defective product, you can register it with photo in 'Arrival history'.
You can click on each history to see the
shipping information (carrier, contact number, tracking number, etc.) for the
cargo.
